Want To Manifest Anything You Want?

You are a powerful co-creator of your destiny and you can manifest your dreams by creating a vision for your life and consciously choosing beliefs, feelings and actions that support that vision. If you need some stimulation, here are 14 magical ways to manifest your desires, may it be money, love or anything else you desire,

1. Attitude of Gratitude:

When you are living in gratitude mode and in appreciation for all of the blessings in your life, you are sending a clear signal to the Universe that you have everything that you desire. This in turn will attract more of your desires into your life, because the world is a reflection of you.

2. See and Dream with Feelings:

Spend five minutes a day visualising yourself living your dream life in as much detail as possible. Where are you? Who are you with? What are you doing? What can you see, smell, hear, taste and touch? Focus on the sensations and feelings and make them as real as possible.

3. Live “As If”:

Imagine for a moment that you already had what you desire. How would you act? How would you talk? How would you walk, think, feel, dress and make decisions? Act as if you are this person throughout your day, until it becomes your natural state of being.

4. Let Go:

When you are holding onto the old you are not making room for the new in your life. Let go of anything that no longer serves you or does not help you to feel your best.

5. Preparation to Attract what you want:

If you truly expected your dreams to occur, what would you be doing to prepare? Do that now. If you want to attract a romantic partner, buy a spare toothbrush. If you want to attract new clients, block off time in your calendar. If you want to attract financial abundance, get your bank accounts and finances well organised so you can easily handle any new income.

6. Connect to your Higher Self:

Your soul or higher self can see beyond what your physical self and rational mind can see. Surrender control and begin to pray and ask for daily guidance to move you in the direction of your goals and dreams.

7. Trust your Intuitions:

Whenever you get an intuitive hit to create a new project, go to the beach, call a friend or attend an event, trust in that guidance and take action on it. When it comes to manifesting your dreams, you need to meet the Universe halfway by moving towards them.

8. Happiness as a Lifestyle:

Instead of putting your happiness on hold until you create the life you want, learn to feel good and appreciate your life now. Make a list of things that bring you joy — like dancing, yoga, time in nature, cooking or reading — and schedule them into your week. Happiness is a lifestyle.

9. Carpe Diem – Seize the Day:

If you are constantly reliving the past or worrying about the future, you will literally miss out on seeing and experiencing the beauty, blessings and miracles all around you. Touch base with the present moment by noticing the sights, sounds and smells around you.

10. Dream Big:

Write and draw your dream day in the past tense as if it had just unfolded. Describe in great detail all of the amazing things that unfolded and how happy and grateful it made you feel.

11. Celebrate Moments:

Don’t get so focused on your next big dream that you forget to take note of all of the wonderful things that are currently unfolding. Celebrate your daily wins big and small.

 12. Positive Affirmation:

Affirmations are a powerful tool to reprogram your subconscious mind and attract what you desire. Write a list of empowering beliefs that you want to have, such as: I am enough. I am powerful. I am loved. I am financially secure. I am divinely guided and inspired. I am complete and beautiful exactly as I am. Make sure you feel them as you say them. Feeling is the secret ingredient.

13. Wild Imagination:

Your imagination was wild and free! If you have have lost touch with this powerful and innate gift, re-active your imagination more by asking yourself questions each morning like: What is the most outrageously amazingly awesome thing that could happen to me today? What would I love to happen today? How can I give to the world today?

14. Explore Ways:

The more you can feel like you are living your dreams today, the faster they will manifest in your life. So find small ways to begin living your dreams today. If you dream of finding love, take yourself on solo dates and find ways to compliment yourself. If you dream of having financial abundance, wear your best clothes and take care of your belongings. If you dream of travelling, explore your own city and try new activities. All of these small actions will begin to create a new feeling and vibration inside of you, which will in turn attract opportunities for the fulfilment of your dreams.

The Point of Power!

The point of power is always in the NOW! So, Carpe Diem (seize the day)!

The power is always in this moment. What you think you become. What you feel you become. What you see into the future will happen in this moment. So what thoughts are you caught up in? Are you thinking positive thoughts or are you thinking negative thoughts all the time? The point of power is always in the NOW!

The thought you have NOW will predict your future. If you have not gotten to where you want to go, then your thoughts are being your hindrance and you need to change it NOW!

And, the good thing is, you can change it in this moment. It doesn’t matter what has happened to you up until right now. Like Louise Hay said “It’s only a thought and a thought can be changed”. I know how hard it is to actually change your thoughts. They are patterns that are holding us back from going to the next level, but we can in this moment choose to think different.

Look at your life right now and observe all those things that don’t serve you well NOW. Why do you attract those people, situation, circumstances into your life? Ask yourself what thoughts am I thinking that has created this reality in my life?

The best thing is that you can change the way you think and you can change it right NOW. Seize your thought and change it to a positive one, right here, right now.

You can choose to believe that life is for you. You can choose to think that money is coming to you all day long and from expected and unexpected sources. You can choose to love and accept yourself just the way you are, and others will do the same. It all starts from you and in the NOW!

What you attract is a reflection on what is going on inside you. So, the change starts with you from your within.

Live in the understanding that the point of power is always in the NOW. Choose to think differently and love yourself and your life. You only got one life, live it now. You are worthy of anything you want, you are good enough and you can have it all now. Just, choose it!

The present study examines the impact of work life balance and burnout on job satisfaction. Burnout is measured through three dimensions, i.e., meaninglessness, de-motivation, and exhaustion.

The Seven Chakras Enhancement Guideline

The seven Chakras of the body are energy centers that allow yourself to receive, internalize, and also diffuse life energy. They are capable of “transforming energy” and influencing change within yourself or personality.
Bear in mind that the state of each of your Chakras at one time can be under-active, healthily balanced, or over-active. Consciously or subconsciously, you can either activate or obstruct these Chakra energy sources through your thoughts, feelings, or actions. Here are ways to help activate them for self-improvement:

1. Crown Chakra –For Enhancing Your Spirit Energy

The Crown Chakra is violet in colour and is located on the top or “crown” of your head. Energy from the Crown Chakra creates the experience of “transcendence” and associates yourself with a higher purpose, consciousness as well as vision. Obsession with materialistic things is the number one factor that blocks energy in this Chakra.

How to stimulate your Crown Chakra:

Throat Chakra is blue in colour and it is located in your throat. The energy from this Chakra is associated with “communication and expression” and has to do with beliefs, language, and metaphors. Lack of focus and disorganized thoughts are the major blocks to this Chakra’s energies.

How to stimulate your Throat Chakra:

  • Say what you are most afraid to say

  • Try journal writing to get in touch with your inner thoughts or reflections

  • Use metaphors to create new meanings or perspectives

4. Heart Chakra – For Improving Your Community/ Connection Energy

The Heart Chakra is green in colour and is located at the center of your chest. It deals with all aspects related to kindness and loving. You experience its energy as feelings of “connection” as you relate with others, participate in relationships, or engage with others in collaborative effort.
Isolation blocks energy from this source, most especially if you cut off yourself from a support system or from receiving emotional support from other people.

5. Solar Plexus Chakra – For Harnessing Your Control Energy

The Solar Plexus Chakra is yellow in colour and it is located in your stomach area. Its energy is manifested in one’s feelings or experiences of “clarity” and is closely associated with one’s sense of power, confidence, and self-control. Individuals with overactive Solar Plexus Chakra is often regarded as arrogant. Absence of planning and lack of order causes major blockage to the energies from this Chakra.

How to stimulate your Solar Plexus Chakra:

  • Create order, structure, guidelines or some form into your life

  • Match your tasks to your personal energy level – do all your creative high-energy activities in the morning (if you’re a “morning person”) and your minor tasks or routine activities during night-time

  • Expose yourself to more sunshine.

6. Naval Chakra – For Boosting Your Activity Energy

The Naval Chakra is orange and it is located in your lower abdomen. This Chakra relates to one’s feelings and sexuality, and is associated with movement, creativity, doing, and achievement. Its energy translates into “excitement”. Inactivity because of self-doubt and/or procrastination is the major block to this source of energy.

How to stimulate your Naval Chakra:

  • Connect emotionally with others

  • Do things in stages or step-by-step phases instead of all at once

  • Try soothing/sensuous water exercise

  • Do yoga.

7. Root Chakra – For Kindling Your Existence Energy

The Root Chakra a.k.a. the Base Chakra is red in colour and is located in your tailbone. This Chakra is connected to one’s sense of security, self-preservation, or survival. “Self-sabotage” or negative self-talk filled with self-doubt is the major barrier in activating this Chakra. 

How to stimulate your Root or Base Chakra:

  • Confront and challenge your self-doubts to stop “sabotaging” yourself

  • Visualize your tasks as completed and imagine the sense of achievement you will feel when you finally accomplish them

  • Listen or stay in tune with your body and learn to relax or release any tensions you’re feeling when facing challenges

  • Share your concerns and get support from others.

NOTE: The most serious issue with this is that unless you are able to deal with your self-doubts, you are also limiting your access to all the other 6 Chakras or sources of energy.

The seven Chakras are both interdependent and interconnected with each other.
